We want to help you, so if you have received a notice of disconnection due to non-payment of an account, please call us as soon as possible at 519-776-5291 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and we will discuss a suitable payment schedule with you.
Making Emergency Payments.
Emergency payments can be made in the office by cash or debit. Cheque or money order payments may also be made through our deposit dropbox, located beside the front office door.
You may also pay by Mastercard or Visa through Paymentus by phone at 1-877-479-3227 or online here. Please notify us of an emergency payment by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
